Who benefits?
Students with 21 types of disability are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
The age of the applicant should be less than 6 years.
A person with 80% or more disability
The names of persons with disabilities should be included in the list of families living below the poverty line.
What are the benefits?
All beneficiaries are eligible to pay Rs.600 / - monthly.
Assistance to the applicant is paid to their account through DBT.
What evidence is needed?
Example of age.
Medical certificate showing disability.
Example of a person with a disability being included in the list of families living below the poverty line (score 0 to 20)
Copy of Aadhaar card and copy of bank account.
The application form should be filled in full and submitted to the office of the District Social Security Officer.
