Who benefits?

A child receiving compulsory education will get the benefit of this scheme.

The benefit of this scheme will be available in case the mother of the child is widowed, divorced or the child / mother has been abandoned by the family and the parents are not able to take care of the child for any reason other than keeping the child in the child care home.

Benefits of the scheme to parents of children who have become parents or who have died or become disabled due to a serious accident or have 50% mental / 80% physical disability and are unable to take care of their children due to inability to earn a living. Will be met.

The benefit of this scheme will be available to the children of both the parents who are in jail or one of them is in jail and the other has died.

Becoming the parent of a child living in a childcare home, the parent of a child suffering from SERO POSITIVE ILLNESS, cancer, sickle cell, leukemia, thalassemia as well as other fatal diseases is eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.


How much benefit

Benefit of the scheme for three years as approved by the committee at the rate of Rs. 3,000 / - per month for the rehabilitation of children in the educational family.

Where to get benefits

Form of this scheme from the office of the Child Protection Officer of that district.

The baby needs to stay in the children's home for at least 1 month. The applicant will have to open a joint account with the child's name in the bank.

What evidence is needed?

A copy of the birth certificate / school leaving certificate for the age of the child. Passport size photo with applicant's child.

Certified copy of the death certificate of the child's mother or father. 

The annual income of the applicant is Rs.1,20,000 / - at village level and Rs.1,50,000 / - for urban area.

Non-excess income certificate.

For children aged 3 to 6 years - CDPO certificate for those going to Anganwadi.

For children above 6 years of age - Certificate from the principal regarding the child's schooling Will have to be presented Every year
