Fusion Markets Discussion - Official

Hi Guys,

My name is Sarah, and I am thrilled to be here as a representative of Fusion Markets. We are launching this thread as a means of getting closer to our clients, and those who are just getting to know us, providing important updates, and answering any questions that you may have.

We started Fusion Markets with the simple mission of lowering the cost of online trading, and we抳e worked hard to be one of the lowest-cost regulated brokerages in the space with our tight spreads and $2.25 commissions (per side). We believe that everyone should have access to the forex market, regardless of their location or financial status.

We hope that this thread will be a useful tool for all traders to share their experiences, ideas, and even learn something new. So please feel free to use this thread to share your thoughts, ask questions, and engage with our team. We are here to listen and ultimately provide you with the best trading experience possible.
Hi, Your products and services are really good. However is it possible to make the crypto withdrawal feature a bit better wherein you process this withdrawal within 1-2 hours of the request ? And there should be an opportunity of withdrawal on Saturdays as well.

Rest are fine.

Thanks very much for your comment, SmartKapital. We really aim to make our trading conditions some of the best in the biz, so we appreciate your positive feedback on our products and service.

I totally understand that any delays in withdrawal can be a huge pain, unfortunately, some small delays can't be avoided, as we closely follow our AML obligations as an ASIC-regulated broker, but we're definitely looking on improving and speeding up this process - it's very high on our priority list.

As our team here in Melbourne, Australia process withdrawals manually as a part of our due diligence, Saturday withdrawals are currently unavailable, but we're exploring ways we can improve this process. That being said, if a withdrawal is requested between Mon-Fri before 10am AEST, we'll process your withdrawal on the same day.

You can also track the status of your withdrawal at anytime via our live chat or email ([email protected]).

Again, we really appreciate your feedback and have definitely taken what you'd like us to improve onboard!

Hi,

Do you impose profit limits on clients? If a client was to take $10,000 to $2,000,000....how likely are they to get all their funds?

Hi FXDen,

Thanks for checking in! We don't have any limits, so given that your trades don't violate any of our policies (see our PDS here) there should be no issues.

We have a large body of traders, depositing both in and withdrawing out large amounts of funds. The only issues that can be faced is with withdrawal limits from our payment service providers. Bank wire is generally the preferred method in these instances.

I hope this answers your question.

Moved my account to you, and i must say lowest spread ive seen
My other broker spread on audusd was 2.4 and with you 0.8 pip amazing

Jimmy
Best Regards Jimmy
My major problem with my old broker was that their spreads were too high for my style of trades. Most of the time, the spreads do mess up my risk reward ratio. It was a major setback for me.
Fortunately, my friend told me about your low spreads back in May. I found it low indeed compared to my usual broker whose name I don't want to mention here. Now, I can easily apply my style withou violating my money management policy I hope you guys will keep it up

We really love to hear that Jimmy, thanks for sharing. You can't be a real low-cost broker without good spreads, so to hear your feedback about enjoying the low-cost trading conditions we've built, puts a big smile on my face.

This isn't the end though, we're always looking to improve, add more value, and lower your trading costs. So, if there's anything you'd us to look more into, please let us know.

Amazing, thanks Mathtrader.

Yeah, many traders sometimes forget about spreads and slippage when programming their EAs, so when the bot runs, it doesn't meet their expectations. I'm glad yours is running as expected with us!

We'll definitely be keeping it up, but reach out to us on [email protected] if you think of something you'd like to see from us.

Hi Stoneyrocks,

Thanks for reaching out to clear this up, as a community manager these type of more technical questions I need the input from our Ops department, so I do apologise for the delay here.

Ultimately, our main mission is to provide the best service and trading conditions possible for our traders. One of the things that helps us achieve that is our low rejection rates and generally seamless execution. As part of reducing rejection rates and delivering on execution and fill rates, we process limit orders as market orders on MT4/5, a practice commonly observed at most brokers.

We understand that not all of our clients conform to this standard service model, so for those clients, we take a more tailored approach. Any of our clients are welcome to reach out to us to enable no negative slippage on limit order executions upon request. However, it should be noted that this may affect subsequent fill rates.

It's a delicate balancing act and each trader has different standards. So, when a trader lets us know that certain conditions don't work for them, we do our best to customise their trading conditions to fit their needs as a trader.

Hopefully this answers your question, and we appreciate the opportunity to shed light on the issue.

I am considering to open an account with you guys. Because FM has very good rating, offers MT5 and cTrader. I am from Germany and is it true that you can transfer via SEPA? Furthermore, it would be good if you would implement negative balance protection.

Hi Rockit,

Thank you for your inquiry.

We're delighted to let you know that we do have SEPA transfers available for Germany.

Regarding negative balance protection, it's important to note that, regrettably, VFSC clients do not have access to this feature. However, we do provide a range of risk management tools, such as a stopout level, which serves as an effective preventive measure against incurring a negative balance.

We hope you find this information beneficial. If you have any further queries or require assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist you. You can also get in touch with us via email at [email protected] or by utilising the live chat feature on our website.

Best regards,
Sarah
Dear ,

Your service is by far the best now a days. However, following points could provide you more competitive edge:
1) Adding "ADV Cash " as the media of payment and withdrawal. Now a days they offer Debit cards so it will be very convenient for the investors who have medium investment regarding withdrawal of their income.

(2) Making free flow of payment and withdrawal other than card payment. For example, If anybody use a particular media of payment other than debit or credit card, he should be able to withdraw by any media other than debit or credit card.

(3) Allowing instant withdrawal. Your withdrawal to currency walltes takes a little bit more time in comparison to other Brokers, who are far behind in providing service to you.

Thanks.

Dear Zalam,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your comments, we're committed to continuously improving to meet your expectations. Let me address your suggestions:

  1. Regarding the addition of "ADV Cash" as a payment and withdrawal method, we understand the convenience it could offer to our clients, especially those with medium-sized investments. We will certainly explore the possibility of onboarding this option. However, we can't provide a guarantee at this stage, as it involves several factors that need to be considered. We will keep you updated on our progress in this regard.
  2. We already offer flexibility in payment and withdrawal methods, especially for clients using alternative funding sources like cryptocurrencies. Clients are indeed able to withdraw using the same payment method they used for funding, as long as it's a valid withdrawal option. If there are any specific issues or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
  3. We understand your desire for instant withdrawals, and we're actively working on expanding our services to meet this demand. Rest assured, we are actively exploring ways we can make this happen while still complying with our AML obligations.

Your feedback is instrumental in our pursuit of providing a top-notch trading experience. If you have any more suggestions or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or via live chat on our site fusionmarkets.com. We are here to assist you, and we appreciate your continued support as a valued client.

Sincerely,
Jacob

Dear Fusionmkts,
Thanks for your nice feedback.
Regarding my suggestion # 2, I have meant to say that, in Fusion Market if investor invest with Perfect Money he has to withdraw his investment through Perfectmoney only. In case of othe broker, it is possible to with draw his investment through other media , say Bank withdrawal or skrill etc.
Again, thanks and waiting for the more excellence as an existing investor.

Hi Zalam,

Thanks for your quick response!

I understand what you mean and in some cases that is correct due to AML regulations (if a client doesn't trade). However, as long as the trader funds their account with the purpose of trading, then they'll be able to withdraw through other payment methods. Thanks for clarifying your question. As Jacob mentioned, improving our funding systems is one of our top priorities, so rest assured we're only going to be improving that!

Hello, I just join fusion markets this month. I placed a sellstop for xauusd at 2032 on 21 Dec 2023 9.29pm(gmt +8).

it was activated at 2032.08. TradingView screenshot shows that it did not touch 2032, however fushionmarket when down to 2031.55.

The sellstop should not be activated.

My broker didn't dip below 2033.56, way higher than tv, so is there an issue with the tv price? Also tv isn't a broker, it's just the platform like mt4. Different brokers have different liquidity sources and process prices differently. Not saying that fm has raw ecn pricing, but technically any price feed with less padding would be quite volatile, possibly this is one of the tradeoffs with a fast execution broker (one of their marketing points), you'll see more peaks n dips in price charts?
