Unfortunately I am still not set to forward test the EA...
So I have been mucking about ...again

I took the analysis from yesterdays trades and tried different Ptl settings...let me explain...........
I first of all looked at the trades as normal, meaning Ptl at 7/3 and placing SL at top/bottom of dots and closing on dot closing over mid line or candle closing beyond opposite band. The result was 255 pips.

Then I did the same trades as above using the Aroon as a filter, which resulted in (-22) pips.

I then changed the Ptl to 21/9 with same rules as above and no Aroon, result was 45 pips.

Same as above with Ptl set at 14/7 and got 161 pips.

I was thinking that a higher Ptl setting would result in less dots hence better trades........not so......

Lastly with the Ptl set to 3/1 I got way more dots which turned out to be beneficial by which I mean with more dots we get smaller SL losses (seemingly) and more chances to close a trade. This resulted in 840 pips.

I would suggest any one forward testing to try playing around with the Ptl settings and report any advantage or not.
