Hello Friends

i had did a mistake dealing with Roboforex.com the worst broker i know when i requested to withdraw the money they asked me some verification to upload my card and etc which i did now more then 3 days and they say we will check today or tomorrow be careful dealing with them i think this is the worst Broker

i also have a good experience with them ,they withdraw fast but you have to be verified i think

yes they have a strict system dear it took me many days to get verified but after that withdraws was good .i wish you will keep us updated and tell us if you manage to withdraw or not after verifying

Damn with this Cheater broker i had a short 4 Lots shorted and this broker didnt started the trading yet
they are freeze or something dont deal with this lamer Broker

todays open we were seeing very very high spreads with all brokers so your stops were to close don't blame the broker , this happens every Christmas you should have been aware low liquidly means higher spreads
I traded with robo a few years ago and found them to be honest
people leave, but this thread will go on for ever

Well i am not worried for the Spread or something i can understand thing
but the system was freeze for like 10 mins which was bad anyway i quit stupid Roboforex
i asked them to withdraw the money now 6 days and nothing happen

the phone support when u call them they put u in Hold for 30 mins + and never answer the phone

Roboforex - lol! Is the world running out of names now? The very name dares anyone to deposit money? I will start a 'brokerage' and name it Buttholeforex. I bet people will still sign up.

Oh dear....
card verification is quite new to you, maybe. They'd ask for your card scan by hiding it some few numbers, and hide the CVV in the back of the card. Once you're verified, you're good to withdraw. I've dealt with them, no problem with monthly withdrawal. Of course after all are verified.
I've dealt with 2 another broker also same thing.

Common reason why broker need verification, because forex members is also a potential "scammer". Think of this way, you are professional trader who can do buy and sell, and of course simple analysis. Even open and trade through MT4 is just piece of cake for you.

Now think of someone who doesn't know how to open text processing software like MS Word. Yet this guy want to trade, then asked someone to help him deposit money, and do trade. Trade done by someone, made a profit, then that "someone" withdrawn his money without his consent. This was a common problem quite few years back.

in 10 years trading in the market i dont see this shit in any brokers. just in robo you can see!

lets hear the story.

i have 3 deposits in my account in roboforex
first time my deposit is 263$ and i get the 65$ trad-able bonus and i loss all this money!
second time my deposit is 203$ and i get 101$ trad-able bonus and i loss all this money again!
after this two, i deposit 305$ and get 154$ as a bonus and i trade and after some profit my money go on 1.176$ and i try to withdrawal my money.

as i said when i loss my two deposit i think i have just 154$ and try to cancel this bonus and when i cancel it i see 418$ withdrawal in my account as a cancellation or bonus out!!!!!!!
after that i see these two first bonus still calculate in my new deposit and profit and i try to cancel second bonus (101$) and i see withdrawal in my account again as a cancellation or bonus out
Finally i have an active bonus 65$ from my first deposit and if i cancel it deficit from my new profit

i try to speak to on line support and they say why before my third deposit i should cancel all bonus from my roboforex area and they can not do any for me
i try to send a ticket last night but i did not receive any answer until now
You can see all transactions i said in attach file.

in all brokers i see before when you loss money all bonus is gone automatically and you dont need do any in your broker area.

PLEASE SEE THE DATE IN ATTACH FILE
I HOPE THEY BACK MY MONEY
