Why does 4 hour bar close 1 hour later than daily bar?
As a rough guide, most brokers have switched to a New York open & close at 5 PM all year round
Most brokers will state this on the website; what does your broker say?
Have you checked with them? Do they have Live Chat
Seems to me that they would know more about the situation than some random guy on the internet
