Exness Deposit Missing and Support is Repetitive - My Funds are Still Gone

I am writing this review to warn others about my frustrating experience with Exness support and a significant unresolved deposit issue. My support ticket, with trading account #405953395, has been open since July 23, 2025.
I attempted to deposit LKR 100,000 (approximately $330) into my trading account via the 'Sri Lanka Bank Transfer' method. The funds were deducted from my bank, but the transaction was rejected by Exness's payment service provider. Despite the rejection, the money was never returned to my bank account or credited to my trading account.
For weeks, the support team has been giving me the exact same instructions: "create a new invoice using the 'Sri Lanka Bank Transfer' method for LKR 100,000" and "do not cancel this new request." I have followed these instructions precisely five times, and each time, nothing happens. The cycle repeats, and my funds remain missing.
This continuous repetition of the same failed solution shows a complete lack of genuine effort to resolve my issue. It feels as though my case is not being taken seriously, and I am being met with automated, ineffective responses. I have spent a significant amount of my time and patience following their directions, only to be met with the same dead-end week after week.
I have asked for an escalation to a manager or a senior specialist, but I have not received a meaningful response or a concrete plan to resolve this. This is not just a customer service failure; it's a matter of client trust and a significant financial concern.
Potential clients should be aware that if you encounter an issue with your deposits, the support process can be frustratingly unhelpful and lead to a dead end. I am still waiting for a solution or a refund and hope this review helps others be cautious.
