I can understand you, brother! Anxiety is the problem that a lot of people deal with, especially when trading or handling pressure in daily life? What helped me most was focusing on simple habits rather than trying to fix anxiety all at once. Regular physical movement makes a BIG difference, believe me, even just walking every day, but would suggest you martial arts. I personally do Muay Thai 3 times a week, and go to gym 3 times a week. This helps me to get in shape and in good mental health. It burns off excess stress and clears your head more than people expect.
Breathing correctly is another underrated tool, but sounds weird lol. Slow & controlled breathing for a few minutes can calm your nervous system almost immediately. I found that one from an article. I also found that limiting constant screen time and news consumption reduced background anxiety a lot. The mind needs breaks as well, and you don抰 have to feed it with a crap. Furthermore, you need to stay structured. Having a routine everyday with clear goals for the day, helps to prevents overthinking and anxiety. Like you just need to understand, that you need to be BUSY in order to get over anxiety. When you have nothing to do, you start to fall deeper and deeper in your feelings.
Lastly, don抰 ignore rest. Good sleep, and allowing yourself downtime arent luxuries, they are foundations. Anxiety doesn抰 disappear overnight, but consistent small habits genuinely make it easier to live with and control over time.
