Dear Everybody !

Today Oc. 09 2014 i open 4 postion and win 85 pip after that the MT4 apear "No connection" error. Exness notice me they have problem with their system and will fix 24h.

After they are fix my money return to the begin before i am trade,all my history and winning position removed.I chat with live support and send email,they are talking around and around,they want me show the proof they are delete.

My English not good i just want to notice you carefully with Exness.com.I will take away from this Broker.They a scam my money.

today I also experienced that the server went down.
did you take any screenshots about your position/chart/price before you closed your mt4?
that should be first thing to do, before closing platform, etc!

I doubt they would want to scam you, I had in the past some issue with server down, and some position off quote, all was restored satisfactory within 2 days.
There is an Exness thread, with a representative here... [email protected] ...contact her, to forward your problem. You might need someone to help with the English explaining though Exness might have Vietnamese support, I found that regular support can help little beyond the basics.
Exness has all your trade log on their server, so, I think they can restore things.
Would your trade be still in profit, or it is actually would be a loss now?
I know that 85 pips a lot, especially if you have larger lots, so, I hope your problem will be sorted out soon.

I win 4 position total 85 pip.they should to no there is problem,why they delete my history.that is very not good with a broker.i am very angry now.never got any problem like exness

mate go ahead with ecn broker that is the best ...i know exness since more than two years ..actually they have lot of problems in there mt4.. so try to away that kind brokers.. they have ton of sever downs,ton of mt4 delays , late update ST/TP and etc... so i was withdraw my money and start with ecn broker.. that is gud ..so i like to tell start with ecn broker like ic markts...

In my experience, unfortunately, Exness is a big scam. So good luck to recover your profits. How much money are we talking about ?

Not too much ! but it's problem.What if 4 position is $1000 or $10000 that will very big issue.In my case the money is not too much so that is not problem.I can offer for them but i'll nerver use Exness again in my life.

Good luck in your search for a new broker! Mostly mt is powered by a 3rd party company, however there should be a customer friendly user support. Just to cancel trades and delete history is not customer friendly.

But there are more brokers out there like this one. Read what happened to me at the beginning of the week. I took all screenshots (this is what I do every time) but at the end there was nothing to complain about, got all my profits.

I think you should avoid this broker from now and thanks for your topic, it would help us when consider this broker for trading. And I wondered is there any tool can help us printscreen or backup the history perodically?

your computer can do screenshot, easy push the 'print screen' on your keyboard (maybe need to do with +shift).
then use simple programs like 'Paint' to save it.
Any trouble, do this before you try to restart mt4, or your log history will be lost there. While the broker still will have that history, you wont have anything to compare to, or prove your point with.

Is for the broker, yet I don't think one should discard it, based on one poorly written story here, without even much attempted to follow up with the broker what and why happened. If you go to the internet, there is so many scam cries...try forexpeacearmy for one, virtually you will find their scam alert folder has every broker name's mentioned by one or another trader, many times without much merit to the story, nevertheless the threads are there.

In defence of Exness, I can tell you that they are OK. Deposit within 1 day, withdrawal within 1 day, 24/7 support, answer for email, very attractive spread and commission rate....all this based on my own experiences not on advertising, all things I tried personally.
Also as mentioned fixed some previous off-quote issue on my ECN account, quick enough.

Experiences differ, but I would like to think the OP should back up some of his story before crying scam, and give a chance to the issues to be sorted out.

I am trading with Exness for about 5 years and I already did withdraw big amounts! I doubt that they want to SCAM you.
Even if you didn't take screenshot, you can share your log file with us to see what happened!(do right click in your journal then click open, you can see all the log files there!)

You were right to warn others. Any broker who acknowledges a system issue and then requests evidence is not accepting accountability. Since the broker is in charge of the server, they should bear the burden of evidence.
