Unfortunately, XM Global is not a reliable institution for Turkey. Even though they have all the international certifications, their customer service doesn't answer the phones in either English or Turkish. They don't respond. Furthermore, the withdrawal process is seriously problematic. I requested a withdrawal of approximately $14,000, but unfortunately, they didn't complete it. They deposited $4,000 short and also deleted the amount from my Metarader (ACCOUNT NO: 48433307)account. Despite calling them numerous times and sending emails in both English and Turkish, they initially requested a PDF file showing my bank statements. After I sent the requested documents, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. They didn't get back to me. They are outright fraud. I've never had this much trouble with another international company I've worked with. Later, I checked the Complaints website. They have victimized many people in the same way, especially in 2025 and 2026.
