My coding experience is limited to changing the colors within an existing mq4 so forgive me for my ignorance: A moving average alert where the MA type, offset, alert type, ect... are set in the initial setup. please in humble words i need an engulfing candlestick indicator to compliment an indicator you once help me with last year to filter out false signals....

custom indicator : [candlestick(1) indicate with a change of colour when it engulfs candlestick(2) upper or lower shadow in any direction]
